Elephant & Castle, Meadow Row, London SE1

The area is located in the heart of the Elephant and Castle along the New Kent Road to the South, Meadow Row/Rockingham Street to the West, Martin House to the North, and the Southbank University annex to the East.

In addition to this area, the areas where the Rockingham community centre and nursery occupies and the open site along the Falmouth Road will be considered as a part of the feasibility study.

The long term and sustainable regeneration of these areas is an important part of the Elephant and Castle regeneration strategy.
