The site is located within the London Borough of Hillingdon on the corner of St. Stephens Road and it is walking distance from West Drayton Railway Station which will soon be a part of Elizabeth Line Services

The vision for the site is to demolish and replace the existing commercial building with a modern and efficient residential development that maintains the existing residential character of its neighbouring properties on St. Stephens Road.
