This is an outline proposal based on preliminary discussions with the Client, Kevin McNeany, Chairman of Orbital Education (UK).

The proposed school

• Will target 1,500 students

• Will offer education to children/students 3 to 18 years

• Will teach all academic subjects in the English language

• Will be of the highest quality comparable to the best schools in the

Middle East

• Will offer a program based on the British curriculum

• Will offer Qatar Culture and History to all students

• Will teach Arabic to all students and also offer French, Spanish, and Mandarin

• Will have a strict work ethic and behavior code

Students and staff

• Students will be primarily the children of corporate client employees

• Some students will be Qatari citizens paid for by their families or sponsors

• Also, some students will be the employees of other enterprises in

Doha

• All teaching staff will be native speakers of English

• All teachers will be fully qualified and suitably experienced

• All teachers will be sourced by Orbital Education and most will be citizens of the UK
