The design and construction and later refurbishment of a one-form entry replacement Primary School with Nursery, an Adult Education Centre and a Youth Club on the site of the former St Faith’s Church and housing; design and construction of playgrounds, fenced kick-about area, car-park and general hard and soft landscaping.
